Does a effective natural cure for acne really exist ?

Acne and cysts of various kinds have affected humanity for possibly as long as they have been on the planet ... and they continue to do so - in spite of all the advancements in modern medicine and science.

What's really surprising is that doctors and researchers may still not know what actually causes acne. Several factors that may trigger acne have been documented - factors like excessive exposure to the sun, fried foods, dandruff, and more ...

What's not known is this - what's it that really causes acne ?

But that doesn't mean that people do not have theories on what causes acne - they do. And there are a plethora of theories on what may be causing acne. A cursory look at all the medicines, pills, creams, lotions and more that are supposed to be "the acne cure" bears ample testimony to this.

The question is ...

Is there really an effective acne cure all natural ?

Let's see this from another angle - if nature really intended humans to have acne, then there might be no "all natural acne cure" ...

But if nature did not intend humans to have acne, then acne is the result of humanity having adopted an "unwholesome" lifestyle. In other words, if nature did not intend humans to have acne, then humanity has acne because of eating food it's not supposed to eat, living in conditions that's not the best and adopting a lifestyle that's far from ideal ...

And this may indeed be the case.

Several people now believe - perhaps rightfully so - that acne is the result of a diet that's rich in dairy products, meats, poultry and junk foods. They opine that these foods - milk and meat in particular - pose a huge workload to the liver which is possibly already exhausted from dealing with all the chemicals in the food and the air ...

And the result is that the skin will have to eliminate a large part of the toxic wastes from the body. ( The skin is the largest waste disposal organ in the human body ). And when the skin eliminates the wastes, the result is acne.

The all-natural acne cure

A natural pimple cure may be a diet that's rich in organic, fresh fruits, raw vegetables and nuts and free from all dairy products - including milk, cheese and butter, free from meat products and junk foods.

A kidney cleanse and a liver cleanse once in a while may also help a great deal.
